Make a Difference

 Be Part of the Solution

Africa Unbound invites you to be a part of our vibrant and growing community that is committed to bringing about a structural transformation in Africa. We offer a diverse range of opportunities for you to support the work we are doing on the continent:

Foundation Support
Africa Unbound is developing key partnerships with foundations on the continent such as the African Capacity Building Foundation in Harare, Zimbabwe. Our objective is to expand our support base on the continent, and around the world, by forming partnerships with foundations interested in supporting initiatives that are working to bring about transformative change in Africa.

Corporate Support
By partnering with us, corporations have an opportunity to achieve their marketing objectives to increase their brand visibility and brand loyalty. Our radio program has the capacity to reach an estimated audience of 26.5 million listeners across the continent. Africa Unbound is building a strong reputation for itself, particularly among young people, and by aligning their brands with us, corporations demonstrate a commitment to the development of young Africans.

Individual Support
Individual contributions presented as a one-time grant, annual support, or recurring monthly donation, are greatly appreciated. The contribution of your time in the form of mentoring is also equally welcomed.

Strategic Partnerships
Africa Unbound partners with international financial institutions, development agencies, government agencies, and universities in order to implement its programs. A partnership with us is an opportunity to be part of a ground-breaking initiative designed to meet the challenges of the day in a bold and practical way.

What We Do With Your Support
Your contribution will help us accomplish these goals:

  • Recruit 10,000 mentors who will support 10,000 young change agents;
  • Provide grants to innovators to build business plans, conduct market research, develop products and work closely with mentors to find innovative solutions to development challenges;
  • Engage politicians and policy makers across the continent in conversations with future leaders to deepen the dialogue and expand opportunities to address the issues facing Africa in the 21st century; and
  • Utilize technology to afford millions of young people throughout the continent and in the Diaspora the opportunity to talk directly to each other through radio, social media, online and print publications.
